Architectural model that I presented to the town of Greenwich in 2015. I purchased and empty lot perfectly positioned for a retirement community project. 5 years ahead of its time, as Greenwich is very deficient in low income housing. I proposed a mixed use community offering 55 and older and affordable housing. I sold the property to the neighbors that didn’t want this type of community “on their block”. Today, 2022 there are 8 similar communities just opening or under construction.
A 400 SF tree house perched 20 feet high built on three trees for my 5 kids. Complete with spray foam insulation electricity, three walk out terraces, vermont wood burning stove and glow in the dark stars on the ceiling.
Having lived and worked in New York City for more than 30 years, I offer experience of the all-important, yet often imperceptible, nuances of each neighborhood. Finding the city's hidden gems is one of my greatest passions, and am driven by creating real value on behalf of my grateful and loyal clientele.
