Combining development and brokerage, Mark is responsible for leading the development and sale of over $375 million of real estate transactions primarily in NYC, Greenwich CT, and New Zealand. Build Me a Brownstone has been building, restoring, and renovating homes since 1999.
With over $65 million in ground up construction, with experience using modular and precast construction, historic Brownstone restoration and residential renovations, Build me a Brownstone has been recognized by the HOBI Awards and Press in Life and Leisure, Remix Magazine, Huffington Post, and Home Style Magazine.
Prior to real estate, Mark founded and built Network Dynamics Inc. in 1986, an Executive Search and Consulting Business headquartered in NYC with 16 employees and over 150 contract consultants on staff with clients such as IBM, EDS, and Merrill Lynch. This was sold in 1999 and launched into residential development and brokerage. Graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

I am lucky enough to have a beautiful family of five children. We love to adventure, travel and explore new cities. Adventure is in the O'Brien blood, so we picked up and moved to New Zealand. Coming from New York City and Greenwich, CT, we appreciated the vastness of New Zealand and welcomed the change of pace. Although New Zealand will always have a place in my heart, New York City will always be my home. All of my ventures have been inspired by my children... maybe even the vodka.
Born and raised as a first generation native New Yorker, Sabin was always interested in the ever changing NYC landscape. While his father drove a taxi cab up and down the streets of Manhattan getting to know his passengers, Sabin learned very quickly the importance of forming and maintaining strong relationships. At merely 22 years old, Sabin has built up a clientele of individuals from the Forbes Billionaires list, CEOs, hedge fund and finance wolves, real estate moguls, art collectors, world renowned doctors, past and present politicians, and international bigshots. Sabin credits his success to his charismatic and outgoing personality and his ability to get along with just about anyone. He stays true to his roots and never forgets where he came from, allowing him to build friendships with people in all circles of life and work on deals as small as a $2,000 studio rental in Inwood or as big as a $40M penthouse on the Upper West Side.
Apart from real estate, Sabin is also an undergrad senior at Columbia University studying financial economics and concentrating in business management. Following graduation, Sabin will be continuing his studies at Columbia working towards his M.S. in Real Estate Development. His past and present academic career has allowed him to develop an innate ability to conduct deep research and analysis in order to properly understand the market and provide the best results for his clients.
